Site Rules & Regulations

To keep Chertsey Caravan Park safe, secure and peaceful for everyone, we ask all guests to follow these site rules during their stay.

1. 1Rents must be paid on time. Arrears of over two weeks will not be tolerated.
2. 2This is a private site. Everyone has to observe the site rules and regulations.
3. 3The landlord has the right to remove anyone from the site.
4. 4No smoking in the caravans at any time.
5. 5Tenants are responsible for maintaining their caravans, including decorating and general wear and tear.
6. 6Do not remove the batteries from the smoke detectors.
7. 7Turn off the lights when the caravan is unoccupied.
8. 8Ensure all taps are turned off.
9. 9Only 3 pin UK electricity plugs to be used in sockets.
10. 10Only residents cars are allowed to remain on the site.
11. 11The speed limit on the site is 10 mph.
12. 12Children visiting the site must be supervised at all times.
13. 13All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.
14. 14Showers and toilets are to be left clean and tidy after use.
15. 15No washing of pets in the shower blocks.
16. 16Faults must be reported immediately.
17. 17Tenants must report any suspicious activity or illegal conduct.
18. 18No lighting of fires (for example wood, paper or rubbish). This is strictly prohibited at all times.
19. 19Only coal barbecues are allowed.
20. 20Noise levels should be kept down after 11pm.
21. 21Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
22. 22Animal mess must be picked up at all times.
23. 23Pets must not create disruptive noise.
24. 24Keys must be returned with clean, empty caravans.
